Donate for 2024 season

Our mission is to provide a platform to youth ages 12-18 that will allow them to fulfill their goals and dreams, while developing leadership skills without social, economical, racial or sexual hurdles.

By setting an example to their peers and community members through leadership and involvement, we hope to inspire those without goals and dreams to believe in themselves and embrace their individual strengths. This all builds self-worth and integrity which are key components to a strong future and a strong America.

We currently focus on youth aged 12-18 that have raced at least one year in a series such as MX, XC, AX, GP or Enduro.   Applicants must submit a resume to Jason@barbangersracing.com by September 1st annually.  Applications are sent out the beginning of September and the Board of Directors votes on Team members the first Tuesday in October.

In 2020, we are celebrating our 5th season and continue to succeed in our mission to build self worth and leadership abilities, while also providing safety gear and venue support.

The Teams outreach focus this year is to teach these future community leaders how to 1) Identify a problem or need in their community 2) Reach out and see how they can help. 3) Create a plan to help and act on it.  These simple steps are currently being executed by Team Athletes across America!

This is just one of the many ways this Team and its athletes help a broad spectrum of communities, all while learning how to be active, productive members of society.

We have a rigorous application process with a once a year vote by the Board of Directors.  These athletes have demonstrated passion in scholastics, community awareness and racing dirt bikes!  Making this Team annually has expectations and rewards.
